Water Cooling Hot Splicing Press Machine For Conveyor Belt PVC Polyurethane And Polyester

 

Why use a lightweight PVC splicer?

 

  •  High strength aluminium body and heating platen

  •  Heating platen, heating area, width 150-300mm 

  •  Different size for belt width from 600mm upto 3600mm 

  •  Used for PVC belt, Polyurethane belt (PU belt) and Polyester Monofilament synthetic belting

  •  Heating to 180℃,about 15~20 mins;180℃ cooling down to 60℃ about 3~5mins (accords to different size press), temperature error(on 650mm Up and bottom hot plate )is less than℃.
