Hot vulcanization jointing method:
Hot vulcanization jointing is heated and cured under pressure with
a vulcanizing press. This process takes several hours. And the belt
can only be used after the splice has cooled down.
Hot vulcanization pays attention to the quality of the belt: the
material of the conveyor belt, the formula, the thickness of the
covering layer, the manufacturing process of the belt (temperature,
time, pressure) and the performance of the processing equipment. Of
course, good vulcanization also requires a team of professional
workers and a good vulcanizing machine.

The strength after splicing / jointing :
The hot vulcanization jointing is equivalent to 60%-80% of the
strength of the conveyor belt itself. ( Jointing with cold viscose
is equivalent to 40%-55% of the strength of the conveyor belt
itself; The buckle (mechanical joint) connection is only 28%-45%.)
The heating element of conveyor belt jointing machine is made
of rubber coated resistance heating wire. Compare with ordinary heater, it's more stable and faster heating
speed.
The pressurizing element - Water pressure bladder is made of
rubber, compared with ordinary metal pressure board, it has more balanced
pressure, no rusting risk, lower leakage rish and longer service
life.
