Rubber Belt Vulcanizing Machine is for conveyor belt hot vulcanizing joint, widely used in the field of jointing of canvas, nylon, steel cord conveyor belt at spot in metallurgy, mining, power plants, ports, building materials, chemical industry, etc..

Design Features

Pressure bag with aramid inlays meets highest safety standards
20% less deflection of crossbeams
20% less liquid requirement, therefore faster build- up of pressure than comparable presses of market competitors
Tension bolt threads protected against damage
Tension bolts made of high-strength steel, however, 2 kg less apiece than conventional steel tension bolts
Tension bolts sealed up and protected against pollution
Lightweight, high-strength aluminum pressure distribution sheet
