SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Detection Kit Saliva Self-test K602-1S

Intended Use

This kit is used for invitro qualitative detection of Nucleocapsid(N) Protein antigen from SARS-CoV-2 in human saliva samples.
This kit is authorized for home use with self-collected observed direct saliva samples from individuals aged 15 years or older or adult collected saliva samples from individuals aged four years or older.
This kit is for the identification of SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Antigen that is generally detectable in upper respiratory samples during the acute phase of infection.

Test procedure

Open your test kit and take out all the components.
Use the disposable paper cup to collect saliva.
Cough deeply. Make the noise of “Kruuua” from the throat. Once the saliva is in your mouth, release it into the container. Then spit saliva(about 2ml)
Twist off the top of the buffer bottle, slowly dispense all of the buffer into the extraction tub.
Transfer 0.5mL fresh saliva from container into the sample extraction tube and shake and mix completely.
Open pouch and place the card on a clean, dry, flat surface.
Apply 3 drops of extracted sample at a 90º angle to the specimen well of the test card.
Wait 15 minutes
Interpret the test results at 15~20 minutes.
