A: The quote is based on the cargo weight/volume provided by your email. If the data is different from the warehouse provided, the warehouse data will serve as the final chargeable weight/volume.
The quote is a door-to-door price with the exception of exame fees related to customs agencies.

DDU price is door to door but not including import custom clearance and duty.

DDP price is toor to door,and including import cutsom clearance and duty,the consignee need not to do any work and just need to rceive goods

Q: Can you ship dangerous goods to Indonesia?

A: Indonesia Customs is very strictly,if you goods is dangerous,please send me your goods detail information(picture,if it is liquid,battery,or motor in,HSCODE),i need to help you confirm it if we can ship them

Q: Do you have agent in Indonesia?

A: Yes,we have our own agent in Indonesia,if you meet any problem,we can provide our agent contact information to you,you can conslut with them

Q: If i have not right to import goods,could you help me ship goods to my door?
