Strict Quality Control of Production
All key technologies are developed in-house. The technology range at CYCJET allows employees to develop their passion for technology to the full. From precision printhead and electronics to laser printing technology. The development of technology ranges from the basics to application-specific versions; the best possible solution results from the technical potential, which comes from the know-how accumulated over many years as well as the corresponding production capacity. The new technology center, inaugurated in 2015, extended and focused on the capacity and expertise in development and construction.
1. Raw Material Control
We have large, reliable raw material suppliers at home and abroad. There is a team who is only responsible for our material's production to ensure the high quality.
2. Workshop
We have high-class workshops and professional technical workers with more than 20 years of experience in the inkjet printing and laser marking field. Both production and testing could be done very well under their control.
3. Quality Control
Regardless of whether it is an inkjet printer or a laser marking machine, as long as the production of the machine is completed, the CYCJET team will continue to test the machine for 3-5 days. Let the machine run uninterrupted within 24 hours, to ensure that the machine can run normally when it reaches the customers, and there will be no bad quality problems.

CYCJET team is the perfect service supplier in China, we have a professional service team to support customers to solve the trouble, 7/24 hours, online all the time. Usually, CYCJET promises a one-year warranty to all customers. During the warranty period, if any quality problems, we will send spare parts freely. Or you just need to return the printer to CYCJET, and you don't need to pay any fees. CYCJET will be in charge of all the problem fees.
