new-making and servicing wagons. The (Max) axle load is 20t and the
(Max) operating speed is 80km/h. The arrangement shall permit for
ready accessibility for maintenance. This kind of bogie is belong
to casting steel three-piece bogie which is mainly comprised
of wheel set, side frame, bolster, brake rigging, center spring
suspension system, Constant friction type snubbing device, roller
bearing, and side bearing etc.
Axle is according to standard AAR M-101, normally the size of
axle is 5 1/2ʺ×10ʺ.Wheel is according with AAR M-107/M-208,the
diameter of wheels is 762mm. Class D 5 1/2ʺ×10ʺ tapered
roller bearings in accordance with AAR M-934, manufacturer is
Timken,SKF or FAG.The bogie adopts basic brake device. There are 2
pcs of brake pull rods.
