      SANY Coupling Replacement Excavator Coupling is a kind of torsional flexible coupling, which is not only applicable to medium and small power gearboxes of the group, but also applicable to other diesel power transmission devices. The main components are gear ring and tooth shape elastic components. Polygonal rubber coupling is a kind of elastic part with circular cross-section and 6 (or 8) corners made of rubber material.

      Each part of the SANY Coupling Replacement Excavator Coupling is embedded with a sleeve bonded with the rubber after vulcanization. Six (or eight) bolts passing through the sleeve are used to connect with the flange of the half coupling on the driving and driven ends in a staggered manner. The polygonal rubber coupling has a simple structure and is easy to assemble and disassemble without lubrication.
