Why Is It Irreplaceable?

Within the structure of corrugated board, the corrugated medium (fluting) layer is the key to providing cushioning performance and compression strength. The single facer is precisely the only piece of equipment that creates this core structure. Without it, flat base paper cannot possess the mechanical properties required for boxes.

Simply put: The single facer is responsible for "creating the waves," and the subsequent equipment is responsible for "stacking the waves together." It is the source of the entire box's compression resistance and cushioning capabilities.

Product Features

Adopt hood suction structure, equipped with high-pressure powerful fan. Air suction and silencing device, air source and electrical control are concentrated in the same operation cabinet, which is not less than 1.5 meters away from the main machine, and the operation side is fully enclosed.
The base of wallboard is cast iron structure, and the thickness of wallboard is 200mm. Adopt independent gearbox and universal joint transmission structure.
The corrugated roller is made of 48CrMo alloy steel, which is tempered by fine boring, welding, tempering, stress relieving, fine turning, rough grinding, medium frequency quenching CNC grinding machine, fine grinding and tungsten spraying. The diameter of the main corrugated roller is 320mm, and the surface hardness is above HRC58 degrees. The bearing of tile roller and pressure roller in key parts adopts high-temperature bearing made in Wafangdian.
Pressure roller 320mm, surface grinding and chrome plating; The cylinder is controlled to move up and down. The material is medium carbon steel No.45, quenched and tempered (with buffer device).
Adopt automatic circulating glue supply system; Double-cylinder pneumatic gluing device; Pneumatic control of glue feeding and discharging has good cushioning effect. The surface of the coating roller with a diameter of < ￠216mm is polished and engraved with 25 lines of pit-type reticulate patterns, then hard chrome plating is performed, and the surface of the scraping roller is polished and hard chrome plating is performed.
The raw materials of corrugated roller and pressure roller are provided by Zhongyuan Special Steel, with spacing device. 160 mm cylinder for pressing cylinder. The preheating roller adopts seamless steel tube 280mm produced by Tiangang.
