Products Description Rectangular can making line The maximum speed of the production line can reach 80 cans/min, and
60 cans/min under stable working conditions.It's adopting the dual
expanding technology to have better synchronism and faster speed. Integrated single head single mold flanging and seaming to prevent the production from deformation. Introducing Spanish seaming top technology. It adopts advanced techniques such as dual-mould locator, dual-mould expanding, single-mould & single-head bottom flanging and seaming, can body turnover, single-tooling & single-head top flanging and seaming.
Details of the machine Layout Welding line Adopts sheet upward feeding to avoid double sheet issue. Can add
additional storage platform for stocking the body blanks to enable
machine continuously running and enhance productivity . With new
innovated frequency inverter to make perfect welding seam. Internal
and external roller coating machine is quipped with automatic
lacquer feeding system to enable continuous operation. After roller
coating , the lever-type mechanical brush can prevent the cylinder
movement hit off the can bodies. Induction oven can be designed to
linear or U-shape according to client’s workshop layout.
