Tinplate pail can cover lid production line end making line End making line This machine is a high speed and high precision automatic cover
production equipment. It is suitable for the cover made by the
tinplate (aluminum), basic shell of easy open end, aerosol caps and
the screw caps.The whole sheet (aluminum) from the cylinder
feedstock, servo feeding, automatic position pushing, mechanical
hand stuffing , servo feeding, cap blanking, automatic out of the
cover to curling with fully automatic operation, no manual
operation. According to the customer's demand for production capacity, we have developed 40T, 60T, 120T three kinds of pressure presses, which can be installed with 1-7 dies respectively. According to the electrical configuration of the mechanical hand feeding, it is divided into three configurations, namely, the many-times empty stroke,2 -empty stroke and no one. The whole production line should be equipped with automatic CNC punching press, high speed curling machine, high-speed lining machine, on-line detection machine, electromagnetic drying and counting packing machine.
