The difference between 10L flat bottom keg and ordinary 10L keg is that a bottom ring is made of plastic at the bottom, so as to ensure that the bottom of the keg is flat, and the main function is to enable the liquid in the keg to be tapped out completely. At the same time, the design of the mouth does not continue the design of the ordinary single wall keg, but is designed for the large mouth used by the winery, so that the wine spear and the couple can be connected to complete the filling.

Our beer kegs are made of food grade SS304 and have relevant food grade inspection certificates. This cask is highly airtight, which guarantees that the freshness and pressure of liquids such as beer will hardly change for 1-2 days. What sets this one apart from other single-walled kegs is that it has a flat-bottom design that drains the entire keg out of the liquid. The caliber has also been changed to a large mouth design, so that it can be connected to the A/G/S/D wine spears used by ordinary wineries. At the same time, the filling line can be connected.

Our surface treatment is generally powder coating, which can be made into various colors. Except for black, MOQ requirements are higher, need to reach 700pcs/each color. This finish is very sturdy and won't be damaged by bumps, leaving fingerprints, scratches, etc. We can print all kinds of logos for you. The MOQ for our logo is 48 pieces and the printing method will be determined according to the style of your logo. Monochrome printing is usually laser and screen printing. For multicolor printing, we would choose 3D printing.

Packing service

Packaging Details:

1) Each MINI KEG STYLE Growler is packed in a bubble bag to avoid scratches;

2) 6 pieces per bottle, each MINI KEG STYLE Growler is protected by a separate carton or cardboard;

3) For sea shipping, we put all cartons on pallets and fasten them with belts;

For shipments by courier, only cartons will be used.

General FAQ

Q1: Does this have a cooling system or will it fit in the fridge?

A1: It doesn't have it's own cooling system. The best way, is move shelf around in refrigerator and store it in there.

Q2: How do you clean in this with a small neck. Don't think a bottle brush get to the top corners?

A2: You can use a bent brush. Just pick one that barely fits through the neck, bend a 90 in it so the bottom bit w/the brush on it is roughly half the diameter of the keg.

Or you can buy some cleaning tables, use warm water and tables can clean it very well.

Q3: Any other carrying case that is suitable to fit in the 64 oz growler? And are they customizable?

A3: The carrying bag, we mainly provide two methods. The black one is neoprene, the gray one is woolen bag. You can design or send what kind of bag you want to do. The bag can be customized, such as color, logo etc.
