1. Off site inspection
Use the off-site detection equipment to obtain the total weight of
vehicle and cargo, the number of vehicle axles, speed, and axle
load data; Use the vehicle license plate recognition system (i.e.
snapshot facility) to obtain the vehicle license plate information
and identify the license plate; The license plate and overrun
information shall be quickly transmitted to the LED screen for
display, and the vehicle driver shall be informed in time.
2. Weighing accuracy
The number of axles, axle load, gross weight of vehicle and cargo,
license plate, speed and other information can be measured timely
and accurately without stopping, decelerating, driving at a
specific speed and in a specific lane. The accuracy is not lower
than the national level 5 standard. The vehicle can pass the
verification with a type evaluation certificate.
3. Full width pavement seamless detection
It is very common for highway vehicles to cross the lane or drive
against the lane line during normal driving. In order to avoid
detection, out of gauge vehicles will deliberately use the method
of low-speed edging and pressing the sensor seam to drive, so that
part of the tires leave the weighing carrier, making the data
inaccurate to avoid detection. The weighing equipment can
accurately weigh the vehicles that cross the lane and the vehicles
that press the line, with the error not exceeding ± 5%.
