The data from the on-site monitoring instruments for pollution
source treatment is collected and processed by the data acquisition
and transmission instrument, and sent back to the receiving server
of the Environmental Protection Bureau's monitoring center through
GPRS wireless data terminal or ADSL China Telecom broadband
network. The monitoring center software of the Environmental
Protection Bureau parses the received data according to the
communication protocol and stores it on the central database server
to achieve synchronous monitoring, recording, and processing of
data by the monitoring center. The monitoring center software of
the Environmental Protection Bureau can automatically monitor
multiple signals based on the setting of data alarm volume,
reducing dependence on personnel and achieving unmanned operation.
