Main features of the equipment:

1. The gear box of the main engine is an integral casting, with high-precision helical gear transmission with hard tooth surface (the tooth surface is processed and formed by the German gear grinding machine). The cable oil tank cover is sealed with a double-layer cover, and the door cover is made of. 3. There is a space between the tower wheel box and the gear box. In order to prevent the wiredrawing fluid and the gear box oil from penetrating and mixing with each other, multiple seals are adopted in the design and assembly to eliminate the penetration;

5. The equipment adopts the plum blossom wire dropping machine to take up the wire, which has the function of changing the frame without stopping the machine, and has good production continuity;

6. The whole machine adopts PLC coordinated control, variable frequency speed regulation control, speed synchronization and adjustable, and automatic shutdown functions such as disconnection and fault.
