Annealing mechanism

The annealing machine adopts the principle of DC short-circuit heating. In order to prevent the wire from oxidation in the heating process, we use steam to protect it in the working process. Annealing consists of the following parts:

(1) Preheating section: before annealing and heating, the wire rod shall be heated to a certain temperature in advance to prevent the sudden heating of the material from affecting and changing the material.

(2) Annealing section: the preheated wire heats the wire to 520 ℃ - 580 ℃ through the annealing section. Here, we change the annealing heating temperature by adjusting the DC voltage of annealing, not by directly adjusting the annealing temperature. We change the annealing softening degree by changing the annealing voltage.

(3) Cooling section: when the material is heated to the specified temperature, it will be cooled down immediately in the cooling section. In the process of high temperature and rapid cooling, the crystals inside the material will be rearranged to soften. Water is used for cooling, so the temperature of cooling water for annealing shall not be too hot, otherwise poor cooling will affect the annealing effect.

(4) Drying section: it is used to dry the moisture on the wire surface. The principle is the same as preheating. It is short-circuit heating with DC voltage.

(5) Blow dry: forced blow dry with compressed air.
