The construction site management regulations require that the
construction site should be kept clean, the materials should be
cleaned after the completion of the work, the site should be
restored to its original appearance, and the pipeline repair
construction site is all urban roads or sidewalks, green belts,
etc. the site should be kept clean during the field operation, and
canvas and other isolation measures should be laid on the ground
during the application of chemical materials at the construction
site to prevent the chemical materials from polluting the road
surface. On site materials, wastes and sundries cleared from
pipelines must be stacked neatly. After the repair construction,
all materials, sundries, domestic garbage, etc. in the site shall
be cleaned. The site shall be cleaned. If mud overflows on the

construction, special personnel shall be assigned to inspect the
site cleaning.
As specified in the general safety technical specification for
construction of water resources and hydropower projects, obvious
warning signs shall be set at the dangerous places such as wells,
holes, pits, ditches and openings on the construction site, and
protective measures such as adding cover plates or setting fences
shall be taken. According to the requirements, the ventilation
shaft and observation well at the pipeline repair construction site
shall be covered with protective net after opening the well cover,
and the working well shall also be covered for protection when it
is not in operation. Conical barrels and connecting tubes shall be
arranged around for closed protection, and obvious warning signs
shall be set. Non operators are not allowed to approach, and
special personnel shall be on duty.
