Machine Components Paper Feeding Unit 1. Employs a vacuum-adsorption dual-feed structure, equipped with air supply systems and baffles at both ends. Airflow and machine speed are independently adjustable, ensuring stable feeding of paper, cardboard, and rigid materials of various thicknesses. Effectively prevents double-sheet feeding, skewed feeding, and paper jams, achieving continuous, stable, and high-precision automatic feeding, thereby improving the overall automation level of the machine. 2. Uses high-performance servo motors to control paper feeding and output, with centralized control and higher stepping accuracy. 3. Professionally designed paper feeder can handle various types of printing paper, leather, PVC, PET, cardboard, etc. 4. The paper feed table can automatically adjust according to the paper height. Foil Stamping Unit 1. The hot stamping unit employs a hydraulically driven heating and
pressurization system, equipped with a thickened aerospace-grade
aluminum alloy heating plate to ensure uniform heating and precise
temperature control. The base plate is made of manganese steel,
making it wear-resistant and durable. Hot stamping pressure,
temperature, and dwell time are all digitally adjustable. Stable
pressure ensures clear patterns, sharp edges, and high color
fastness, supporting various processes such as hot stamping,
embossing, gravure printing, and intaglio printing. 2. It features two operating modes, allowing customers to select
the most suitable mode based on product requirements. 3. Equipped with a front push rod and left and right push rods, and
featuring downward air suction and paper clamping functions, it
significantly improves hot stamping accuracy to within ±0.10mm.
Users can easily adjust and use it according to the needle position
direction of the printing pull rod. 4. The pull-out design allows the upper plate to rotate 180
degrees, facilitating quick and easy template replacement. Suitable
for adjusting multiple hot stamping plates. Contry System The machine adopts PLC touch screen control system with simple and intuitive interface.Parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed and time are digitally displayed and adjusted, with real-time operation monitoring. The operation is simple and easy for new operators to learn quickly. Two temperature control zones can adjust and control the hot stamping temperature more accurately and flexibly. Main Body Structure The main body is welded with thickened steel plate, featuring firm and stable structure, no deformation and low vibration.
