This machine adopts servo motor to control paper feeding and film feeding respectively, and stepping motor independently drives the strap. The origami distance and count can be adjusted in batches. The paper feeding belt of this machine adopts vacuum adsorption. It has the function of automatic lifting and lowering of the coating section when there is no paper. It can mark and cut printed films. It can also be additionally equipped with a tissue box cutter. The machine runs smoothly at high speed and is easy to adjust. The film length and the left and right film positions can be adjusted without stopping. This machine adopts PLC computer control, which has the characteristics of high precision, maintenance-free, abnormal operation protection and so on.

1) The paper feeding part is controlled by a servo motor, the paper pile moves intermittently during the paper feeding process, the belt has a long service life, and the paper products are processed to the conveying part in a smooth and orderly manner.

2) Four conveyor chains and four push blocks are installed in the paper feeding part, which can be adjusted according to the shape of the paper.

3) The gluing part adopts an adjustable gluing structure, which is easy to adjust according to the paper requirements and the gluing position, saves the gluing amount, and the gluing part is easy to pull out and clean. The gluing roller stops gluing when the machine stops.

4) The cutting part includes two blades. The upper roll is a film cutting roll with two blades, which completes the cutting of the film. If customers require angled cutting and scoring options, we will add units to this feature. But the maximum speed is 5000-6000 pieces/hour.

Q9. How can you assure the machines' quality?
A: Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality. And during the warranty, we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.

Q10. Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A: Of course we do. We have QC department to debug the machine before packing. If you want to use specific material to do the test running, you need to pay for the cost of the material

Q11. What's the payment term?
A: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery. Also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
