Offset Misalignment Test Apparatus EV Charging Interface Misalignment Tester
Samples and restrictions: Charging interface Application: Used to apply up, down, left, and right forces to the gripping point of the charging gun to simulate the offset operation it undergoes during normal use and verify its compressive strength in all directions. Test principle: The servo motor drives the manipulator to apply force in four directions: -X+X-Y+Y. The force value and interval time are in accordance with the standard requirements. Equipment structure and characteristics: 1. The equipment utilizes PLC control, touchscreen operation, and four-directional force sensors for monitoring. 2. One independent workstation allows for testing one sample in four directions. 3. The control cabinet and actuator are separate, allowing the entire actuator support platform to be placed in a constant temperature chamber Equipment Dimensions (subject to final design drawing): Actuator Support Platform: 1200 × 800 × 1500 mm (W × D × H); Cabinet: 500 × 400 × 1400 mm (W × D × H); Approximate Equipment Weight: 200 kg Usage environment: Power supply: AC220V±10%/50-60Hz, operating temperature 5-35℃, humidity 30%-90%;
