Equipment Overview
This device is a special test instrument used to detect whether the force required to pull the plug out of the socket and the force required to insert the plug into the socket are within the specified range. It is an indispensable device for electrical accessories, household appliance manufacturers, quality inspection departments and scientific research institutions to detect daily electrical appliances. Structural features: This device mainly consists of charging load test and plug-in force test devices. The pull-out force device consists of the installation fixture and the clamping device below, the main weight, additional weights, and test plugs and sockets; the insertion force device consists of the main weight, additional weights, mounting seats, and test plugs and sockets. Based on the experience, the pull clamp is changed to a counterweight, the weight hook is directly connected to the test plug, a clamp is configured to hold the sample, and a lift is used to lift the weight or the main weight of the insertion force to avoid the inconvenience of manual transportation. , improve work efficiency and reduce labor costs,
Technical Parameters
1. The charging load test should meet the requirements. The total mass of the test power supply plug or test vehicle plug, clamping device, load-bearing device, main weight, and additional weights shall exert a pull-out force that complies with the provisions of Table 1. The mass of the additional weight should be such that it exerts a force equal to one-tenth of the pullout force. Hang the main weight on the test plug without shaking, and then drop the additional weight onto the main weight from a height of 5cm.
Chart 1 Gravity load with different rated currents Weight selection According to chart 1, select an appropriate weight according to the current and conduct the test. For example 165N=148.5+16.5 300N=270+30 440N=396+44 660N=396+44+154+66 750N=396+154+44+66+15+75 Among them, 148.5N, 270N, and 396N are the main weights with hooks. The shape and size are as shown in the attached picture. Shown in SN1013C-10. 16.5N, 30N, 44N, 154N, 66N, 15N, 75 The shape and size of additional weights with through holes are shown in the attached figure SN1013C-13. Other size weights The code can be customized later.
2. The charging plug pull-out force test should meet the requirements. Before testing, wipe off the oil on the pin. Pull out the test power supply plug or test vehicle plug insertion box from the power supply socket or out of the socket for 10 cycles. Then clamp it on the fixture with a plug and do the test again. The charging plug does not need to move at a uniform speed when pulling out or plugging in, and the insertion force and pullout force are equal to the gravity of the weight and the plug and are vertically downward.
3. Test standard plug The test plug shall consist of finely ground contacts made of hardened steel with a surface roughness not exceeding 0.8 μm over its working length and spaced at a nominal distance with a tolerance of ±0.5 mm. For other types of pins, The dimensions of the pins or the distance between the surfaces of the pins shall comply with the minimum dimensions given by the relevant standards.
