Equipment Overview

Samples and Restrictions: Electric vehicle charging interfaces, industrial plug sockets and couplers

Test Purpose: It is used for the bending connection part test of the "mechanical strength" part of the power connection cable of the plug and socket of the charging vehicle

Test Principle: It uses the servo motor to drive the turntable to drive the workpiece to swing left and right, and automatically stops when the number of times is reached.

Structure: The equipment is driven by a servo motor, and the large-size sample is installed with an aluminum plate, which can make the swing axis coincide with the point where the flexible wire enters the appliance as much as possible when the sample is clamped, so as to achieve the minimum lateral displacement of the flexible wire and the load.
