Equipment Overview

Samples and Restrictions: Cellular plastic with density less than 250kg/m'

Application: It is suitable for evaluating the horizontal burning characteristics of small samples of celluar plastics with a density of less than 250kg/m' measured in accordance with ISO845:1985 under a small flame under laboratory conditions. It is not used as a basis for evaluating fire hazard under actual conditions

Test Principle: Integral air-intake automatic ignition system is adopted, and the combustion delay is only 0.1 seconds to ensure full combustion of gas

Structure: The testing machine is composed of a control chamber, a combustion burner, a flow meter, a high-pressure igniter and fixtures and a fume hood. The control chamber and fume hood can be made of high-grade steel, with beautiful appearance, smoke and gas corrosion resistance, and the control system has a high degree of automation, with automatic ignition, automatic air supply, automatic timing, automatic end of the test and other functions.
