Equipment Overview
This IPX1~8 waterproof test system conforms to IEC 60529:2013. This system includes following:
Vertical Rain Drip Test Apparatus
Overview: This test device is to verify Protection against Vertically Falling Water Drops. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standard requirement of IEC60529 IPX1 and IPX2. 1. The rise and fall of the drip box is controlled by the motor. 2. Stainless steel fine filter for dirt filtration. 3. Adopts compressed air to blow the needle water, to prevent water reactive substances and atmospheric blocking needle. 4. Stainless steel general medical needle nozzle, easy to buy, not easy to rust. 5. Needle nozzle and needle nozzle seat using taper connection, can be easily replaced without the tool, individual damage to the needle nozzle can be easily replaced quickly.

Oscillating Tubes Test Apparatus Overview: Oscillating tube tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standard requirement of IEC60529 IPX3 and IPX4. The oscillating tube part of this device is controlled by adjustable-speed motor and crank-link mechanism. This device is reciprocating swing from the place of ±60°to another one of ±175°with the speed required by the standard through machine adjusting angle. The angle adjustment is accurate. The structure is stable and durable. It cooperates with turntable through which the rotating of 90°can be achieved.

Spray Nozzle Overview: The spray nozzle is designed and manufactured in accordance with
IEC60529 IPX3 and IPX4. Some parts of the enclosure cannot be wet
by the oscillating tube. Under this circumstance, the handheld
spray nozzle is used by manual. The difference between IPX3 and IPX4 is that the baffle should be
removed in the IPX4 test. Technical parameter:
Hose Nozzle Overview: The hose nozzle is designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC60529 IPX5 and IPX6.

Integrated Immersion Chamber & Water Supply Tank & Control
Cabinet Overview: The smart water supply and control system is used for supplying
water to IPX1~8 apparatus and controlling all the testing
processes, also used as IPX7 immersion chamber. Technical Parameter: 1. The smart water supply and control system is applicable to: (a) Water supply for IPX1~IPX6 waterproof test (b) IPX7 water immersion test (c) Water storage for IPX8 water tightness test (d) Automatic control for the whole waterproof equipment
2. Water supply method: constant temperture water supply, constant flow water supply, constant pressure water supply
3. Water supply control process: After user preset the water temperature value, water flow value and water pressure value on the touch screen, the temperature control system, electronic meters or digital pressure gauge real-time monitor the current values, read the values into PLC through the data conversion, then automatically adjust the rotational speed of pump through the frequency converter.
4. Water tempreture control: PID system automatically control and detect water tempreture, range: room temperature ~ 65℃ (±3℃).
5. There are large flow and small flow two ways water supply.
6. Large flow water supply: (a) It is applicable to IPX5~IPX6 strong water spray test and water injection of IPX8 (b) Flow range: 10~100L/min (c) Flow accuracy: ±0.5L/min (d) Flowmeter: turbine flowmeter (e) Water pump: stainless steel centrifugal pump

8. Water storage tank: (a) It is applicable to water storage of IPX5~IPX6 strong water spray test, water injection of IPX8, IPX7 immersion (b) Observation window: toughened glass window (c) Depth gauge: stainless steel (d) Liquid level control: float switch + overflow pipe

Turntable
Overview: The tiltable rotating stage is the necessary accessory for IPX1~IPX6 test.
