Q: What are the conditions for returning products?
A: POPRUN products that are delivered sealed and have been opened after
delivery cannot be returned. Goods must be returned intact, undamaged and bearing their bar-code
labels and any other seals that are part of them; it is not
possible to reimburse Users for goods that are returned incomplete,
ruined or damaged.
Q: How many days do I have to return a product after the reception?
A: Please request a return within 14 days after receiving your
parcel, or as per the instructions of mandatory regulations in the
country of your residence if this is longer.
