• How do I check my order status?

A confirmation will be sent to you through email as soon as the order is dispatched. If you have a registered account on our website, you can track your order status in the Order History section. You can also track your parcel by using a tracking number provided in the email.

• Can I change my delivery address once the order has successfully been placed?

Unfortunately no. However, in case that the delivery should fail, your order will return to our warehouse and you can be reimbursed within 14 days, depending on the timing offered by your bank.

Products are checked once they are returned to our warehouse and refunds are only made if the condition of the product complies to our return policy. Please note that damages due to misuse or vandalism are not subject to refunds.
