Product Features
SRM (Slide Bearing-Rubber Sealing Milled Teeth) bits can load a higher WOB in normal RPM condition. It applies in different formation from very soft to very hard matched with different cutting structure.
Product Features:
- Slide bearing is applied
- Hard alloy is welded on the surface of tooth to increase the wearing resistance performance
- Cone bearing is silver coated which provides more loading ability and anti-seizure ability
- O sealing ring is made of HNBR which is more corrosion and high temperature resistant; larger sealing ring cross section increases sealing adaptability
- Steel ball locked cone provides more security and is applicable to high speed rotation.
- 250 ºC high temperature and anti-corrosion lubricant is applied which the high temperature resistance performance of bit sealing lubricating system.
- Optimized milled teeth surface weld improves the anti-corrosion performance of drill bit
- Optimized milled teeth quantity and teeth arrangement structure give full play to the cutting ability and cutting speed of drill bits.
