At Home Rapid dengue Antibody Test Treponema Pallidum IgG IgM Test Device Product Description
dengue antibody test is a valuable diagnostic tool in the fight
against dengue fever. It detects the presence of antibodies against
the dengue virus in a person's blood, providing important
information about their infection status. Early diagnosis and
prompt treatment are essential in preventing severe complications
of dengue fever. Therefore, the dengue antibody test plays a vital
role in improving patient outcomes and controlling the spread of
the disease. The test results are
interpreted based on the presence or absence of IgM and IgG
antibodies. A positive IgM result indicates a recent dengue
infection, while a positive IgG result indicates a previous dengue
infection or immunity. If both IgM and IgG antibodies are present,
it suggests a secondary dengue infection. A negative result for
both antibodies indicates no current or previous dengue infection.
STORAGE AND STABILITY Store as packaged either at room temperature or refrigerated
(2-30°C). The test is stable through the expiration date printed on the label
of the closed canister. The test must remain in the closed canister until use. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not use after the expiration date. NOTE: Once the canister has been opened, the remaining test(s) are
stable for 90 days only. Place of origin: China Certificate: ISO 13485 OEM packaging is available DIRECTIONS FOR USE Allow the test, specimen, buffer and/or controls to reach room
temperature (15-30°C) prior to testing. 1. Bring the pouch to room temperature before opening it. Remove
the test device from the sealed pouch and use it as soon as
possible. 2. Place the device on a clean and level surface. For Serum or Plasma specimen: Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 2 drops of serum or
plasma (approximately 50 uL) to the specimen well (S), then add 1
drop of buffer (approximately 40 uL), and start the timer. See
illustration below. For Venipuncture Whole Blood specimen: Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 2 drops of whole blood
(approximately 50 uL) to the specimen well (S), then add 1 drop of
buffer (approximately 40 u L), and start the timer. See
illustration below. For Fingerstick Whole Blood specimen:
3. Wait for the colored line(s) to appear. Read results at 10
minutes. Do not interpret the result after 30 minutes. Certifications
