this reagent puts CMV recombined antigen and anti-human IgM
monoclonal antibody in practice and uses specific sensitive lgM
capturing to detect the CMV–IgM antibody of human’s serum.
STORAGE The test card should be stored at room temperature, at temperature
range of 4~30℃ in the sealed pouch before expiration date. 【Test Procedure】 Please read the specification sheet carefully before detection, and
control the reagent card in a room-temperature of 15-30℃ in
advance. Do not open the aluminium foil bag without preparation. 1.Open the aluminium foil bag, take out the test card and put it on
the table. 2.Put two drops of serum(80μl)to the Hole for Sample Entering, and
observe the result after 15 minutes but within 30 minutes. After 30
minutes, the result is ineffective. 【Interpretation of Results】 Negative:Only one colored band appears on the control region.No
apparent band on the test region. Positive: Distinct color bands appear on the control and test
regions.Both test line and control line indicate a positive CMV
result. Color intensity of the test bands may vary. Invalid:A total absence of color in both (C) and (T) regions or no
colored band appears on the control (C) region is an indication of
procedure error and/or the test reagent has deteriorated. Repead
with a new test kit. If the problem persists discontinue using the
test kit immediately and contact your local distributor.
