Performance and features:

This series of Cut-to-length production line is used for cutting various kinds of HR/pickling coils into flat plates through uncoiling, leveling and cutting process.

This line is consists ofi coil car, double head uncoiler, hydraulic pinch and coil peeler, pre-levaler, guidingdevice, finish leveler, servo length gauge, shear, belt conveyor, reversal discharging trame, stacker, unloading cart, electric control system, hydraulic system, etc.

CNC sheet uncoiling and leveling shear line is mainly used to leveling cold rolling and hot rolling coils into various sizes of fixed-length sheets. Applicable to vehicle manufacturing, household appliances, switchgear, steel office supplies, stainless steel kitchen supplies, machine manufacturing and other industries.
