The performance characteristics,

The frame structure design of the V-cut machine base and cross beam is adopted. The working table is made of 60mm Q345 low alloy high strength structural steel, and the frame is made of Q235 steel plate. 

The bed is tempered with natural gas to eliminate welding stress and reduce equipment deformation. Sandblasting treatment ensures excellent painting effect.

This V-cut machine adopts precise copper gear and helical rack transmission, supplemented by heavy-duty linear guide rail , with variable frequency adjustment of moving speed, stable and efficient cutting process.

The triangle belt drive is used in the primary drive of the motor, because the stretching force of the triangle belt reduces the impact force during the emergency stop and return, ensures the flexible operation of the equipment and prolongs the service life of the equipment.

The tool carrier transfer device of the V-cut machine uses SFSR silent ball screw and QH silent guide rail to ensure high accuracy.

This V-cut machine parts are fixed by hydraulic clamping system, slotting speed is fast and strong clamping is guaranteed. The hydraulic system is equipped with accumulator compensation and relief valve, and the motor works in clearance mode, which saves energy and ensures the safety of the hydraulic system.

The V-cut machine uses four knives to process "V" slot, so the cutting amount is evenly distributed and the deformation of the workpiece is reduced. In addition, micro cooling system is selected to prolong the service life of cutting tools and reduce production costs.

The V-cut machine can be used only by inputting keyboard and working procedure. According to the difference between the operator and the material, the knob can be used to adjust the processing speed so as to facilitate the operator's operation.
