Detailed Product Description

Horizontal three rolls hydraulic drive profile section bending machine

Main Features:

1. Three roll hydraulic drive with advantage of stable.

2. Two side rolls adjust the curvature with grating ruler to control the range of curvature. The two side rolls can adjust curvature simultaneously or separately. Easy operation and high accuracy.

3. Controlled by Touch Screen and PLC.

4. Malfunction auto detective and warning system. Screen will show all malfunction information and solution.

5. Calculator shows the processed quantity at any time.

6. All data can stock in PLC for ever and can be used at any time

7. With manual, semi-auto and full auto operation.

8. Able to bend different profiled like angle iron, U beam, I beam, flat bar, round tube and so on.

Working Principle:

When workpeice is impacted within middle roll and side rolls it
brings bending moment. Force of friction drives the workpiece when
roller rolling. Then the workpiece turns to circle under the
bending moment and friction of force.
This machine uses the setup of oil vat entering and PLC control and
has achieved high automation. The precision of the oil vat entering
is controlled by grating ruler which ensures precision of the
diameter of workpeice. The entering of oil vat drives the rolling
arm rotating around the mandrel and then brings the position change
of side roller to change the radius of workpiece.
