Dly5 (Eze Series) jaw type electromagnetic clutch with slip ring

Dly5 (Eze Series) tooth embedded slip ring electromagnetic clutch is an actuator used in mechanical transmission system to combine or separate the driving side part and the driven side part of rotary motion with the help of electromagnetic force, so as to realize power and motion transmission

The standard operating voltage of the clutch is 24 volts DC In general, it is easy to realize automatic and remote control by using a simple circuit composed of switches, buttons, contactors, travel switches and other ordinary electrical components, so as to meet the requirements of speed change, commutation, starting and positioning of mechanical transmission system.

This series of clutches transmit torque by means of the engagement of fine teeth on the end face. Therefore, compared with the friction plate clutch of the same specification, it has small volume, no friction and heating, complete separation after power failure, no no no-load torque, and can be suitable for both wet and dry work. The clutch is rigidly combined. It can only be combined under the condition of low speed. It is suitable if it is at rest or when the relative speed is synchronous.

The clutch can work reliably under the following conditions:

1. The ambient air temperature is - 5 ℃ - + 40 ℃.

2. In the medium without explosion hazard, and there is no gas and conductive dust sufficient to corrode metal and damage insulation in the medium.

3. The clutch shall work under the condition of lubricating oil.

4. The voltage fluctuation of clutch coil shall not exceed + 5% and - 15% of rated voltage.

5. The altitude of the clutch installation site shall not exceed 2000 meters.

Installation:

1.The clutch can be installed either in horizontal or in verial,If it mounted no the alex,

he coaxlal degree between the driving and the driven shaft should not exceed 0.05mm,

and must ensure the work clearence value σ.

2.The teeth of both ends should be cleaned before mounting the clutch.

3.The driving and the driven parts of the clutch must be fixed in axial direction,its axial moving doesn't permitted.
