Assembly 

1) During assembly, remove burrs and clean all parts

2) During assembly, ensure that the center lines of the two welding fork bearing holes in the middle are on the same plane, and the allowable difference shall not exceed 1 °. The spline part shall slide freely and the joint shall rotate flexibly

3) Clean the surface. Except that the flange end face and end face key are coated with antirust grease, the rest are brushed with antirust primer and then painted (paint is not allowed).

4) Regular lubrication. It is recommended to inject oil once a week and once a day under high temperature conditions.

5) In order to increase the service life of the cross slider type axle device, adjust the cross shaft 180 degrees each time to make the cross shaft journal used alternately
