Brief Introduction:

  This 3000L Ketchup Making Homogenizer Emulsifier Mixer With Circulating Pump is made for a food factory to manufacture ketchup / tomato sauce. The machine is designed with an agitator that can mix from 0 to 65RPM adjusted speed, mixing paddle has Teflon wall scraper to avoid residual. Also the machine adopted with steam heating system which can reach to 120℃ max, this highly meets the requirements of food industry. And a circulating system to circulate the material from bottom to top, this way can make sure products mixed more even.

  However, this machine can also be using for other industries, such as cosmetic, daily chemical, and other liquid/paste form material, the customization of making different products are available.

The machine is made of SUS316L for material contact parts that meets GMP standard, it is very popular and productive for above industries.
