The vacuum emulsifier mixer is composed of mixing, homogenizing, dispersing, emulsifying and Plc or button control system and also be used with oil, water phase, vacuum, heating/cooling system, ect. Materials go through the upper tank stirring, PTFE scraper will sweep the wall sticky materials, and then after the blades and rotary blades cut, compressed, The materials is cut in the high shear condition, due to the emulsification tank in a vacuum condition, the bubbles generated in the mixing process is promptly removed.

Lifting lid means the lid of main pot tank can be lifted and the main pot tank can be tilt discharged to discharge material , which can easily clean rhe pot and save production time.

Mixing Design:

The SUS316L paddle mix anticlockwise, Speed: 0-65r/min.

Teflon Scraper, Scraping the wall during mixing to reduce the sticking of materials to the tank.

The stirring paddle of the emulsifying mixer is hygienically polished, with no dead corner welding and no material residue.

Oil pot and Water pot:

The oil and water pot mixers have exactly the same construction. There's a high speed disperser mounted from the top of the cover which helps dissolve the ingredients. Some customers will omit the oil and water phase mixers and keep the main emulsification machine only.
