Working Process:

Core works: the product of bottle body separated, the sensor detects the product passes the signal returned to the labeling control system,the control system in place to control the motor sends label affixed to the product subject to labeling and position, product flow the standard unit cover,covered with standard rotation driven products, the label is roll coating, a label attached to the action is completed.

Product Feature:

Designed with label sensor,it can be used to detect label stickers accurately and control the machine to output label stickers,prevent from overusing label stickers.

Designed in SIEMENS PLC touch screen control panel,the visual parameter makes it easier to test and adjust the machine.

The bottle will be detected by this sensor once they pass by the sensor.Reduce labeling error and ensure the labeling working efficiency

With label sensor and adjusting components, these ensure the sensitivity and accuracy, prevent from missing or wasting label stickers, improve labeling quality

The elastic labeling belt can be adjusted according to labeling effect,ensure there is no bubble under the stickers,the tightness of the belt can be adjusted by loosing or tightening the screw.

The upgrade variable-speed motor makes the machine work stably and improve labeling speed,ensures the labeling accuracy at the same time.

Rotary knobs can be used to controlled the position of the labeling wheel,label separating blade and winding bar,ensure the labeling accuracy and improve labeling quality.
