It has very good flexibility at low temperature, good chemical resistance (many dilute acids and alkalis and polar solvents) and good electrical insulation performance EPDM O-rings may also have metal detectable changes, while maintaining the same quality as general EPDM O-ring compounds. EPDM O-rings are usually black with long shelf life.
