Our O-rings have smooth surface, high rubber content, accurate size and strong sealing performance

Operating temperature: -20 ℃ to 140 ℃

Performance characteristics: It has good oil resistance, heat resistance, wear resistance, solubility resistance and high pressure resistance, but it is not suitable for solvents, such as ketones, ozone, nitrohydrocarbon

Main application fields: it is commonly used to make fuel tank, lubricating oil tank and used in fluid media such as petroleum hydraulic oil, gasoline, silicone oil, diester lubricating oil and glycol liquid oil

Advantages

Good resistance to oil, water, solvent and high-pressure oil.

• Low permanent compression set value, good abrasion resistance and elongation.

• Used for fuel tanks, lubricant oil tanks, and to make rubber parts used in fluid media such as petroleum hydraulic oil, gasoline, water, silicone grease, silicone oil, diester lubricating oil, and glycol hydraulic oil. It is the most widely used and cost-effective rubber seal in the market.

Disadvantages

Not suitable for use in polar solvents such as ketones, nitrohydrocarbons, MEK and chloroform. It has poor weather resistance and needs to be protected from damage of ozone and ultraviolet rays.
