Cushion Roller Fenders are above all used to guide floating structures and pontoons up and down piles gently and quietly. The picture shows a typical way of using the cushion rollers against the piles. To withstand berthing impacts, the roller cushion can be supplemented by a rubber cushion pad, see pad behind the roller fender. On the backside of the pontoon clamp, two rollers fitted into a roller swing ensure that tilting movements of the pontoon are accommodated, and loads are always equally shared.

Inspection & Certificate

The following tests are to be conducted:

- Rubber performance test including tensile, ozone and abrasion test.

- Energy absorption and reaction test.

Our QC department will inspect each product and offer FACTORY INSPECTION REPORT before delivery. We can also invite the third party inspection agencies including CCS, ABS, BV, LR, DNV-GL to inspect and offer certificates according to customer requirements.

Inspect items as below:

1. Rubber tensile, ozone and abrasion test.

2. Rubber fender energy absorption and reaction test.
