According to different use requirements and span requirements, the ground mounting system has many corresponding rails, such as section 65, section 75, section 85, section 105, section 110 and section 195. They are different in size and can meet different strength requirements. LP SOLAR technical team will select the corresponding rail according to the use requirements of each project to achieve the highest cost performance.

The Ground Rail Family offers the strength of a curved rail in six targeted sizes. Each size supports specific design loads, while minimizing material costs. Depending on your location, there is a rail to match. Section 195 is a heavyweight among solar mounting rails. It’s built to handle extreme climates and spans 5.5m or more for solar carport or shed applications. Section 75 is the normal ground mounting rail. It supports a range of wind and snow conditions, while also maximizing spans. Section 65 is a low-profile mounting rail, perfectly matched to regions with light or no snow. It achieves 2.2m spans, while also staying light and economical.

 
And due to the main materials are high-strength aluminum, it has excellent corrosion resistance. We had sent samples to third-party testing institution, and after salt spray time, the anti-corrosion of the material has reached the highest level.
