GL1080 Small Mobile Man Portable Light Weight Exploration Drilling Rigs

Description:

The drilling rig can be disassembled and lifted up the mountain by manual transportation. It uses Rexroth hydraulic system and Japanese Kubota diesel engine. It has the advantages of light weight and high power. All parts are of the highest-end brand, and the material is the lightest material.
This machine can use BTW, NTW, HTW, PTW, or BQ, NQ, HQ, PQ. The TW series has thin-walled drill pipes, which are light in weight and suitable for mountainous terrain. The Q series is relatively heavy, and it is relatively durable when it encounters complex formations.
Weighted less: Integration of oil cylinder and guide rail; Aluminium alloy ground beam;
Faster: The doubling mast mechanism helps drilling faster and achieving better concentricity of coordinate cones, better stability and longer penetration.
More fuel-efficient: Thread compensation makes drill pipe more durable. Variable pump and motor are more in line with any drilling conditions. Only 1 liter of oil is needed for 1 meter 1s drilling, to which three self-developed patent technologies are applied such as oil cylinder guide rail device, doubling mechanism device and thread compensation device.
