This equipment is used for precise coating of cathode and anode electrode of lithium ion batteries, which is mainly composed of unwinding part, machine head part, oven part, traction part, winding part and electric control part; Evenly coat the mixed slurry on the substrate to ensure that the size, weight, etc. are within the scope of the process. Winding the electrode after drying, prepare for the subsequent process.

1.dry thickness of the accuracy tolerance: single side cathode: ±2.5μm, single side anode: ±2.5μm(testing 4-5 point on the transverse section,100mm on the Vertical section)
2..coating the positive and negative alignment tolerance:≤ ± 1.0mm
3.The average length tolerance: ≤ ± 1.0mm ;
4.The average width of the tolerance: ≤ ± 1.0mm .
