Lithium Battery Material CR20XX Coin Cells Cases

1. Product Description

It is made of 304 or 316 stainless steel with sealing o-ring, including CR2016,CR2025,CR2032,CR2430,CR2450, etc； and we also have a coin cell case with Aluminum coated on the inside of the positive can.

Material:

Casing: SS304 or SS316 or Aluminium,

Sealing Gasket: PP

The thickness of the SS304/316 for both anode and cathode cases is
0.25mm+/-0.02mm.

Application Note
1. After perfectly crimping, the External Height should be around
3.0mm.
2. The diameter of the inner ring of the plastic gasket for the
coin cell 2032 is around 16.39mm.
3. Usually, a case does not need to clean before crimping, but if
you do need to clean the case, please put in ethanol for 4-6 hrs,
and use Oven to dry for serval hours, (please set the oven to 30C,
if it has ORING.)
