III. Typical Workflow (Taking Pre-made Bag Vertical Packaging as an Example)

1. Feeding: Granulated sugar enters the buffer hopper and weighing hopper of the computer-controlled multi-head scale via an elevator.

2. Precise Metering: The multi-head scale system of the multi-head scale quickly calculates the optimal combination, feeding the precise weight of sugar through the guide chute into the metering cylinders of the eight rotary stations on the packaging machine.

3. Bag Retrieval and Opening: The robotic arm retrieves pre-made plastic bags from the bag magazine and opens the bag opening. Each station corresponds to one bag.

4. Filling: The turntable rotates. When the measuring cylinder containing sugar reaches the filling position, the valve opens, and the sugar falls into the bag below.

5. Sealing: The turntable continues to rotate to the heat-sealing or seam-sealing position for sealing.

6. Output: The sealed bags are released onto the conveyor belt for counting, coding (such as production date, batch number), or boxing.

IV. Core System Components

1. Lifting and Feeding System: Feeds sugar into the weighing hopper.

2. High-Precision Computerized Combined Scale: This is crucial for accuracy and speed. It typically has 8, 10, or 14 scales, and is paired with an eight-station main unit.
