2. Is that OK to print my brand name on the product and customize
packaging in any style?
A: Sure! OEM MOQ is 1000pcs. Once the quantity is more than
1000pcs, we can put your LOGO on the product and use customized
packaging. Please contact us for more details.
3. Can I order small pieces for trial order to test the quality and
market?
A: Yes, We accept small trial orders to go ahead with the first
cooperation order.
Most of the products without MOQ are limited, please consult us for
stocks.
4. How to deal with damaged products?
A: Our products are produced in a strict quality control system and
the defective rate is less than 0.3%. We will send new products to
replace the damaged ones, or we can discuss together a good
solution according to the actual situation within one year.
If the product problem is caused by us, such as the products get
missing, or the products were sent to the wrong place, we would
compensate for all.
5. How to place an order?
A: Firstly, please tell us the specific products and the quantity
you need, then we confirm all the details, and we will make the PI
(Proforma Invoice) for you to confirm the order. Once the payment
is received, the order will be arranged and the goods will be sent
to you ASAP.
