Product Description STM32H725VEH6 high-performance MCU is based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC core and operates at up to 400MHz. The Cortex-M7 core has floating-point unit (FPU) precision and supports Arm double-precision (IEEE 754 compliant) and single-precision data processing instructions and data types. The MCU uses high-speed embedded memory with up to 2MB of dual-area flash memory, 1MB of RAM (including 192KB of TCM RAM, 864KB of user SRAM, and 4KB of backup SRAM). In addition, the device features a variety of enhanced I/O and peripherals connected to the APB bus, AHB bus, 2x32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix, and multi-layer AXI interconnects that support internal and external memory access. The device features three ADCs, two DACs, two ultra-low-power comparators, a low-power RTC, a high-resolution timer, 12 general-purpose 16-bit timers, two PWM timing for motor control , five low-power timers, and a true random number generator (RNG). The device supports four digital filters for external sigma-delta modulators (DFSDMs) and features standard and advanced communication interfaces.
