Description STM32H725IEK6 32-bit microcontroller (MCU) is suitable for use in consumer, industrial and appliance applications and is ready for Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. These microcontrollers are highly integrated and are based on a high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M0+ 32-bit RISC core operating at up to 64MHz. The device includes a Memory Protection Unit (MPU), high-speed embedded memory (up to 128KB Flash program memory and 36kB SRAM), DMA, and various system functions, enhanced I/O and peripherals. The device operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and an operating supply voltage range of 1.7V to 3.6V.
