Product Description

Copper-nickel strip alloy is a resistance alloy with copper and nickel as the main components. It has the characteristics of good corrosion resistance, welding performance and processing performance. Its product classification and physical properties: it can be used as general resistance element, varistor, wire wound potentiometer, resistance for AC precision instrument, low temperature heating resistance (<500℃), etc. It can be used as additional resistance and shunt resistance on general electronic instruments and electricity meters. The operating temperature range is 0-100°C.

During the development process of copper-nickel strip, we independently developed advanced horizontal continuous casting technology and protective atmosphere technology, which eliminated the defects such as pores and porosity of the casting billet, and adopted new surface passivation technology to solve the problem of oxidation and discoloration of the product at high temperature of 250 °C. At the same time, the unfolded tension annealing technology is used to solve the problem of uneven performance of the strip. The comprehensive yield of the product is over 55%, ranking in the forefront of the world, and the product weight per millimeter reaches 10kg/mm
