QC team have about 30 employees, including QC manager, QC supervisor, IPQC, OQC, In-line QC, QE engineer position.
All raw materials even produce in-house we execute full inspection by workders, IPQC give the standard. After worker finished materials check, IPQC also will sampling. If pass then enter mass production, If reject, then will re-check raw materials.
In-line QC will check production line every 1 hour.
OQC: every lot finished product, OQC execute inspection, If pass then enter finished product warehouse, If No, then production line re-work.
